Feather [userpic]
I'm unemployed freeeeee!

This assignment is up! *wipes brow* I've been here for almost a year, and I'm really looking forward to a break. When I decided to start traveling I planned on working three months, taking a month off, working three. . . Yeah, didn't quite work out that way. I went straight from my last one, which lasted nine months to this one.

I'm soooo looking forward to this! I'll get to write! And sleep! And catspaw_sgjd is coming to see me! *bounces*

Now, I just need to get the new tires on the RV tomorrow, and clean the place up, and try to figure out where the damned water leak is in the water station. Grrrrrr. It didn't leak all winter, then when I pulled the insulation out. Leak. *sigh* I don't know if I'll be able to get it fixed before I leave for Seattle. *shrugs* Oh well, I may have to get it fixed over there.

Then I get to figure out how to hook up my Jeep. I got a new tow system I haven't used yet. The instructions seem to leave a lot of room for error.

And drive over the mountain pass. *tries not to panic*

It'll be fine. Really, it will.

Current Mood: stressedstressed

YAY - looking forward to seeing loads of featherfic!

That was me! lj singed me out for some reason!

I'm looking forward to writing! And reading! Then there's the whole sleep thing. *g*

I've had five agencies call me already for another assignment. Don't these people know I need a break? *whines*

I'm very very lucky I get the chance to do this, though. *beams* If I don't get a chance to tell you Tuesday evening, enjoy getting back to work on Wednesday! ::hugs you::

So what is this thing you do?

I'm in the medical field. I'm a Medical Technologist, which is a fancy name for lab tech. *g* I prefer to think of myself as a Mad Scientist. *nods* I get to push buttons! And look in microscopes! And mix things that change color! *evil cackle* It's kinda a bummer since the took the cool things like fire and explosive chemicals away, though. *g*

Actually, I'm very lucky because I like what I do. I think that's why I've been so successful as a traveler. I don't go to a new lab and complain and mope around. Usually, I can't wait to get to the buttons again. LOL

What things do you do?

I have an internet-based business where I market a product for people with achy joints who don't want to take drugs, like me.
